Sued all the time for Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) violations. They lose.

Here they go again. Calling someone, looking for someone else. GC Services kept calling, and calling, and calling, even though they'd been informed, politely, that they had the wrong number.

It ended up in court. Read this part of the complaint, has this happened to you? Maybe you should take them to court as well!
